DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL SERVICES needed at a Nonprofit, Progressive, Independent Hospital with Strong Financials. Hospital consists of 200 acute beds and 380 beds overall.
Will manage 7 OR suites and 100 FTES with 5 direct reports.
Department includes OR, PACU, Central Sterilizing, Day Surgery and Digestive Health.
- Midrange Salary - $125,000
- Directors do not pay monthly premium towards family benefit
- Assistance with moving

Requirements Include:
- BS or BSN
- RN
- 3-5 years of OR management
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Masters preferred
